LEADERSHIP

Unrivaled experience & expertise in spine care

Meet the team of experts bringing innovative spinal fusion bone growth stimulation to practices and patients across the US.

“For over 30 years, I've focused on medical devices for spine, neurosurgery, and orthopedics. Early in my career, I worked alongside pioneers in electrical stimulation like Andy Bassett, Harry Gossling, and Carl Brighton. Witnessing their healing success firsthand made me a lifelong advocate for noninvasive therapeutic electrical energy.

Theragen was founded to advance non-invasive capacitive coupling electricity for healing spine fusions. Our patient-first approach and commitment to service are both embodied in our motto "VIP Customer Care.” We believe in prioritizing patients, supporting surgeons, and adding value for every stakeholder.

Our exceptional team inspires me daily. Their dedication to positive outcomes, echoed in patient feedback and service excellence, is as crucial as our ActaStim-S device. As a spine fusion patient myself, I understand the journey firsthand. You can trust ActaStim-S and Theragen to support your path to success.”

“For the last 25 years, I have worked on bringing therapeutic orthopedic medical devices to market and building fast-growing, commercially successful enterprises.

This experience has taught me that the most sustainably successful products are those that can be proven to deliver meaningful clinical patient outcomes, and significant cost benefits to the system – and that the most sustainably successful companies are those that are laser-focused on serving the patients and healthcare providers.

And that’s exactly what we’re building at Theragen with ActaStim.”

“I have dedicated over 30 years of my professional career to MedTech and consumer healthcare, with nearly half that time focused on neurosurgery and orthopedics.

In that time I’ve had the opportunity to gain skills and work across many disciplines, including business development, marketing, new technology development, product development, sales, and sales training, in both domestic and international markets.

As a healthcare innovator, high-energy contributor, and problem-solver, my passion has always been anchored by and focused on improving lives. There are so many ways we can help people facing health challenges and their associated burdens.

Finding ways to improve efficacy, access to care, and affordability drives me every single day. That’s my North Star, and fuels my efforts to enroll colleagues to join the fight.

Patients, caregivers, and customers need our help. It is a privilege to work on their behalf.”

“I've been immersed in the electrotherapy domain for nearly two decades, wearing various hats across the supply chain.

Throughout, my primary focus has been delivering exceptional service to customers. Whether they're patients, prescribers, or colleagues, I'm driven to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

My enthusiasm for our top-notch, innovative products is evident in every engagement. By aiding individuals in reclaiming function and enhancing their quality of life, we're not just building a successful company but also one we can genuinely take pride in.”

“I have spent the last 20 years working at the intersection of finance, healthcare, and employee benefits. For the last decade, I’ve been focused  on contracting and programs with managed care organizations.

At Theragen, my team and I focus both on fulfilling the potential of electrical stimulation therapies in neurosurgery and orthopedics and on ensuring access for all patients.  With contract efforts surpassing 200 MM covered lives through traditional in-network arrangements, my passion lies in advancing care across the healthcare continuum with our device’s digital health and remote monitoring systems.

In parallel, I also focus both on pilot and partnership opportunities to empower healthcare stakeholders with the ActaStim System’s unique value and actionable data and on integration of our therapies into Value Based Care programs.”

"I'm a medical device veteran with 29 years of experience in the neuromodulation and minimally invasive spine space including a strong background partnering alongside spine surgeons.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of building and leading both small and large sales teams while launching innovative products and indications that challenge the status quo, drive market leadership, and ultimately improve patient lives. My experience spans across key roles in commercial organizations, where I’ve fostered impactful collaboration across teams, helping to shape team culture and build sustainable growth. I deeply understand the care pathway for patients undergoing spine surgery, and the recovery journey they embark on post-operation. I have had the honor of contributing to successful companies such as Tyco Healthcare (now Medtronic), Stryker, Abbott, and Nevro, where I’ve honed my expertise across the entire commercial organization.

These roles have shaped my passion for improving patient outcomes and driving advancements that can positively impact lives. As a leader in the medical device industry, my focus remains on finding ways to improve patient care with innovative therapeutic solutions. It is a true privilege to contribute to the Bone Growth Stimulation industry, and I am excited for the opportunity to continue collaborating with teams who share this commitment to innovation and care.”
